They are a combination of my origins in Israel in the heart of the delicious mediterranean cuisine.
going through michellin starred restaurants in Italy and best reastaurant in the world - Noma.
Working as a professional butcher and meat expert in Argentina.
Specializing in indian cuisine to the foots of the Himalaya mountains.
untill arriving in amazing Mexico at 2012, owning 2 restaurants and now dedicating all my experience in creating a unique gourmet experience for you!

Moti was recommended by Gaby in the informational document sent to us before the trip. As soon as I contacted Moti he was very responsive and professional. He sent us his menu selections and we had a very difficult time choosing - all looked amazing!
He also offered to create a custom menu for us. We opted for the Spanish Menu and he made some adjustments for our tastes and food sensitivities. When Moti arrived at the house, he was familiar with the kitchen and worked efficiently while being a joy to talk to. The meal was incredible, from his service, presentation to the flavors and freshness.
