About Me
MEET YOUR CHEF
I was born in Israel and since I was a kid, together with my father and grandmother I enjoyed cooking to my family Shabat dinners full of flavors and spices of the Moroccan cuisine.
After the military service I traveled around South America and started my career with the Culinary studies in the best gastronomy school in Buenos Aires – Gato Dumas.
When I got back to Israel I started working as a butcher in order to learn the best way that I can the secrets of the meat and only after, did I enter to the exciting culinary scene of Tel-Aviv, working in some of the best restaurants in the country!
My next stop was Italy where I was exposed to this incredible cuisine working in Michelin restaurants in Bologna and Torino as a fresh pasta expert.
To Mexico I arrived at 2012 and what started as a vacation lasted until today…
